Return Policy
We guarantee our products. If someone has followed the directions listed on
our product (in some cases additional info is available inside the product
carton) and is not satisfied with the results, they may return the item to
the
original place of purchase
to receive a refund for the cost of the product.
If purchased directly from Merix, we do not offer a credit on any
shipping & handling charges incurred. All returns
MUST
include the product,
carton (if applicable) and a
copy of the receipt from the original purchase. Refunds will not be honored
otherwise!
